The International Journal of Software Engineering and Computer Systems accepts manuscripts for publication that have not yet been published elsewhere and are not presently under consideration for publication by other print or electronic media sources.

The author(s) of an article published in the International Journal of Software Engineering and Computer Systems have unrestricted publication rights. The authors give the International Journal of Software Engineering and Computer Systems the right to publish the article and designate Universiti Malaysia Pahang Publishing as the original publisher of the article.
