This study examines the influence of demographic factors on students' attitudes toward digital device usage and their level of digital literacy among students of Sekolah Menengah Agama Negeri Pahang (SMAN). Data were collected through an online survey using a five-point Likert scale, involving 450 students from 8 SMAN schools. Statistical analysis using SPSS version 25.0 explored the relationship between demographic variables such as age, school location, and family income with both study dimensions. Findings indicate that age (14 and 16 years old), school location (rural), and family income (RM10,960 and above) have a significant relationship with attitudes toward digital devices, contributing 7.3% variance. For digital literacy, significant factors include age (14 and 16 years old) and distance from home to school (<5 km), with a contribution of 4.0%. The study highlights the importance of demographic factors in shaping students' digital literacy, providing essential implications for policymakers and educators in enhancing e-learning readiness.
