Review and Publication Process

Peer Review Process

IJHTC uses a double-blind peer-review process in which authors do not know who the reviewers are. The recommendations from the series of reviews are then used to make an editorial decision.

Reviewers assess manuscripts based on the following criteria:

  • appropriateness for the journal,
  • significance of contribution to the discipline,
  • content adequacy,
  • technical presentation, and
  • clarity of sentencing.

Each submission will be reviewed in the following order:

  • Content review
  • Technical and format review
  • Double-blind review procedure
  • Author(s) revision(s) if necessary
  • Editorial decision
