Abstract

This paper research is conducted to study about the Work-Related Musculoskeletal Disorders (WMSDs) risk assessment at Winding Process of electronic components manufacturing company which is TT Electronics in Kuantan, Pahang. A good workstation design is actually a consideration and its very essential nowadays especially in our current industry where it requires operators for manual assembly. It will leads to the Work-Related Musculoskeletal Disorders (WMSDs) injuries to the society, workers and also to the operators  if the ergonomics factors at the workstation is neglected. General objective of this research is to assess the work-related musculoskeletal disorders (WMSDs) among the workers in a manufacturing company by using Rapid Upper Limb Assessment (RULA), Rapid Entire Body Assessment (REBA) and Quick Exposure Check (QEC) Method.
